Learn the essential Basic Life Support skills to respond confidently in emergencies. This cohort-based course covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants; AED use; choking relief; and team-based resuscitation basics. Participants must complete the online portion with the American Heart Association (AHA) as part of the course requirements. After finishing the online work, you’ll attend the in-person skills session for hands-on practice and evaluation.
